 We are going to sit on the floor criss-cross applesauce to open our presents this year.

(That is Indian Style for anyone over the age of 12).

 And Mom got us this really cool new ornament to put on it.

For Christmas last year

the boys got a Hot Wheel track that mounts on the wall. Almost a year later , we put it up.

a giant bubble maker for his 37th Birthday.

about his Birthday. It's pretty much all he talks about.

We lost part of our family this week. Shady/Sadie would have been 15 on new years eve.

She was old and we knew she wouldn't be with us forever. You tell yourself you are ready for things like this, but you're not.  You also tell yourself you are not going to cry when updating your blog; then it asks for your password. 

 She is in half the pictures of our lives. There is a picture of her spending the night in a sorority house with Dad's girlfriend(Mom), then one of her sniffing a new baby boy.  And here she is with baby boy number two.
